Liar-IN-Chief

For brazenness Gingrich ranks numero uno..........here's why:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/post/newt-gingrichs-dubious-claim-of-a-normal-no-interest-charge-account-at-tiffany/2011/05/23/AFGPJ69G_blog.html?hpid=z2

Anyone that would vote for this individual for any public office needs to have their head examined. To be so completely unself-aware also boggles those who have any ability to analyze this soiled politician - it is a sad commentary on America that he could believe that voters would prefer him in the highest office of the land.

Give us a break!

A QUESTION OF "ins" ??

So holding public office doesn't give the public a "right" to know about the personal quirkiness of the servant office holders?

Here we are, flooded with media details regarding Senator Ensign, Governor Schwarzenegger, and somewhat tangentially, the has-been Newt Gingrich et al.

I was somewhat amazed a few mornings ago at several call-in viewers on the Republican line reserved for them by WashingtonJournal/C-Span, declaring "it" is none of our business.

I beg to differ. I see a clear relationship between INtegrity and INfidelity........how can one expect a public office holder to be faithful to his oath of office if he cannot even abide by a sacred oath to the legal spouse? No vote of mine will knowingly go to electing candidates with impaired character- and Gingrich's lack of perception of how his infidelity antics have impacted any possibility of him becoming a viable presidential candidate is an example of how removed such politicians are from the general public and of the values so necessary for trust.

Begone already.

A MEGADOSE OF COMMON SENSE

I am a big fan of Paul Krugman and his column today in the NYT should be a "must read" for all interested in the current congressional gridlock.

UNAVOIDABLE "IFFING"

Don't you wonder ----- I sure do, that "getting" Bin Laden should have happened eight years ago and may have if Cheney/Bush hadn't taken the focus off to Iraq.

Isn't it better to have a president that has more "upstairs" ? And maybe now those detractors that question his commander-in-chief qualities, will batten down their loose lips.

Let's hope for the country's sake, President Obama gets a second term.

Planning Trumping????

Am I the only person that thinks release of the long form birth certificate had the motive of setting up the script for the President's Correspondent's dinner performance?
