INAUGURATION

My viewing the ceremonies may be limited because I will be in the hospital on the 20th in all probability, as I am having surgery on the 15th and the inpatient time is projected to be five to seven days. At this time I am not sure if I will be feeling up to hours and hours of television...so I will be grateful for archived coverage offered via C-Span.

One activity I had looked forward to was once again flying a new flag outside my home. I had stopped this practice since "you know who" took office. My protest effort. And besides my flag had weathered and faded and frayed so needed replacement.

Currently I am ticked off by the media -- Can't someone enforce some respite from their bent to create conflict so they protect their jobs.

We need:
MORATORIUM ON MAKING MOUNTAINS OUT OF MOLEHILLS BY MAINSTREAM MEDIA.

Let's abbreviate to MOMMOOMBMM-or let's see if we can improve on that acronym.

Mainstream Media Moratorium on Making Mountains from Molehills.

MMMoMMfM-- or reduce to 6M campaign.

By my count there are pot stirrers busily creating a range of political mountains based on minuscule or even non existent evidence, normal comments on Obama agenda are presented as serious rifts when they are not.....i.e. the stimulus details......the cabinet nominees - i.e. the Panetta selection ........one could go on and on, and the talking heads do and will....ad nauseum.

The public needs to turn off the offending broadcasters...like HardBall, Countdown, Cnn gang etc. --what boors they have morphed to ........we need some long awaited relieve.
